Version 1.3.1. fixes a small bug introduced in 1.3 that prevented diagrams created with a previous version from being loaded correctly.

The namespace of node templates was accidentally renamed from oreas to ogdf. This resulted in incorrect loading of, e.g., UML class diagrams, since the respective template could not be found.
